A Quaint Town...

Greyton is a charming town that has retained much of its original architecture and character since its founding in 1854. Many of its beautifully preserved buildings now function as Airbnbs, inns, cafés, and restaurants, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in its atmosphere. The Post House being one such example, originally Greytons Post Office back in 1860, now a cozy accommodation option.

The town radiates a creative and eco-conscious spirit, adding to the rustic, laid-back serenity that defines Greyton. Explore its galleries, artisanal shops, and quaint cafés, each reflecting the town’s artistic soul.

Don’t miss the famous Saturday Morning Market—a community highlight where you’ll find fresh local produce, handmade crafts, and donkey and horse rides for the kids. A portion of the proceeds supports local conservation efforts, reinforcing Greyton’s commitment to sustainability.

Shopping - There is a Greyton Supermarket & OK Minimart (small petrol station)
